The high-density polyethylene body and lid are UV-stabilized for outdoor permanence. The overlapping lid design sheds water and resists lifting by frost heave. Bodies and lids are sold both as complete assemblies and separately for replacement.Open-bottom design accommodates valve bodies and wiring without modification. Green lid provides a clean finished appearance in turf areas. Commercial grade versions use thicker walls and heavier lid construction for high-traffic areas.
