14 × 19 in. Standard Series valve box and overlapping cover, 12 in. high
The workhorse 14 × 19 in. valve box, with an overlapping green cover. It protects underground irrigation and sprinkler components from foot traffic and mowers.
Box features
- Black box, 12 in. high, with 16 structural support ribs
- Patented Universal Locking Mechanism (ULM) secures the cover with a variety of bolts and screws, no nut needed (3/8 to 1/2 in. diameter, 2-1/2 in. minimum length)
- Built-in pipe holes let piping pass through the wall so the box does not rest on the pipe
Cover
Overlapping green cover keeps dirt and debris out, is marked IRRIGATION CONTROL VALVE, and shows where to lift. Speed nut shelf is an alternative fastener (bolt and nut not included).
Materials
Box is polypropylene (PP) and the lid is HDPE, both treated with UV inhibitors.
