OverviewToro TDC Series CDEC-ISP 2-wire field decoders install at each valve on a Toro TDC 2-wire decoder irrigation system, replacing individual home-run valve wiring with a single 2-wire path up to 15,000 feet (14 AWG jacketed) or 8,450 feet (16 AWG jacketed). Each CDEC-ISP unit features integrated surge protection rated to 20 kV — industry-leading field protection when the controller is grounded to 10 ohms or less. DC latching solenoids consume no power during valve operation.The CDEC-ISP-1 controls up to two solenoids from one station address. The CDEC-ISP-2 handles up to four solenoids from two addresses. The CDEC-ISP-4 activates up to eight solenoids from four independent addresses, suiting multi-valve manifold locations. Decoder-to-solenoid wiring extends up to 400 feet on standard 14 AWG pair. Compatible with Toro TDC Series controller platforms (CDEC-SA-100, CDEC-SA-200, and pedestal variants).
