Overview The TotalFount double-washer hex-nut bulkhead provides an enhanced seal for demanding pond liner penetrations. The two-washer configuration applies even clamping pressure across both faces of the liner, accommodating slight liner thickness variations and providing greater resistance to hydrostatic pressure than single-washer designs. A 2-1/4" hole is required. The hex-nut format allows tightening with a standard open-end wrench for consistent, measured torque, reducing the risk of under- or over-tightening that can cause leaks or liner damage. Suitable for high-flow applications including skimmer and bottom-drain connections in larger pond installations.
