Root watering system with 1402 bubbler and check valve, 36 in tube
A factory-assembled root watering unit that sends water, oxygen and nutrients past compacted soil straight to a tree or shrub root system. This model has a 4 in locking grate on a 36 in mesh tube, with a 1402 bubbler (0.5 GPM) and check valve on a riser.
Installing it
- Swing assembly with a 1/2 in M NPT inlet connects to the lateral line
- Check valve keeps the line from draining, with a 10 ft minimum holdback
- Locking grate at grade deters vandals
- Add a sand sock for fine soils
