2-wire sensor input device for ESP-LXIVM smart valve controllers
The IVM-SEN is a field device that connects external sensors to the 2-wire path of an ESP-LX-IVM or ESP-LX-IVM Pro controller, so the controller can monitor real-time conditions and adjust watering.
Uses
- Rain shut-off: attach a rain sensor to stop irrigation when rainfall is detected
- Flow monitoring: attach a flow sensor near a meter or pump to track real water usage and protect the system
Installation
Installs anywhere along the 2-wire path, alongside the IVM-SOL, IVM-OUT and IVM-SD devices. Use Rain Bird WC20 connectors for all splices (sold separately here).
