Overview Polytubes Prime100 is a 100 PSI LLDPE polyethylene pipe manufactured to CSA B137.1. The 1-1/2" size features an ID of 1.610" and wall thickness of 0.230", providing adequate flow capacity for irrigation mainlines serving multiple zones. Prime100 is the go-to pipe for residential sub-mains, backflow-to-valve runs, valve manifold connections, and drip system distribution mains operating at normal municipal supply pressures (40–80 PSI after pressure regulation). LLDPE construction offers good flexibility in cold-weather installation and resistance to soil movement without cracking. The pipe connects to standard barb and compression fittings; poly insert and IPS-standard fittings are compatible. CSA B137.1 certification assures compliance with Canadian standards for polyethylene piping systems used in irrigation. Available in straight lengths and on coil depending on SKU. Not rated for potable water service.
