Overview This genuine OASE replacement quartz glass sleeve protects the UV lamp in your UV clarifier or filter unit. The quartz sleeve allows UV light to pass through to treat pond water while keeping the lamp dry and protected from direct water contact. Cracked, chipped, or frosted sleeves must be replaced immediately to prevent lamp failure and water ingress. Inspect the quartz sleeve annually or whenever servicing your UV unit. Handle with care -- quartz glass is fragile. Always power off and unplug the unit before replacing, and ensure the sleeve is properly re-seated with new O-rings to prevent any water from reaching the lamp.
