Pond phosphate remover for fresh water
A polymeric blend that ties up large quantities of phosphate without changing the pond water in any other way. It will not harm fish or plants.
Why remove phosphate
Phosphate comes from decomposing organic matter such as surplus food, dead plants and fish waste. It is only harmless in fresh water at concentrations below 0.3 ppm. Surplus fish food is one common source, so feeding habits matter too.
Sizing
One gallon treats up to 12,800 US gallons of fresh water, so it suits larger ponds and repeat treatments. It safely removes phosphate from pond water without harming fish or plants.
