Concentrated barley straw extract with peat for alkaline ponds

Everything in a concentrated barley straw extract, plus liquid peat to help hold pH steady in alkaline ponds. Rich in organic peat, it softens the water and cuts nitrate and phosphate concentrations in the water column.

Why the peat

• Liquid peat helps maintain an ideal pH in alkaline ponds
• Softens pond water, reducing nitrate and phosphate in the water column
• Acts as a buffering agent in lined ponds

Lined ponds

In lined ponds the peat also gives ion attenuation, adding some of the beneficial properties of an earthen pond.
