Barley straw pellets with peat for pond water clarity

Barley straw and natural peat pressed into pellets with no wheat, corn or other binders. They are cleaner to handle than bales, pillows or pads and release their benefits slowly, all year.

Coverage

• 1,000 gallons for 14 months
• 2,500 gallons for 6 months
• Mix with any Microbe-Lift bacterial or enzymatic pond product

Application

• Broadcast the pellets over the pond
• Or pack them in a porous sock and hang it in the pond, or use a skimmer or filter chamber

Good to know

The peat softens the water and buffers pH. The pellets leave a residual on the bottom that the bacteria and Sludge-Away digest, and fish will not eat them.
