Overview This brushed nickel faceplate trim finishes the Lumenstar 12V LED step light housing (LS-STEP-HOUSING-27K). The trim covers the recessed housing and shapes how light leaves the fixture, directing it down onto stair treads, landings and walkways while hiding the LED source. Buying the housing and trim separately lets the installer rough in the housings during construction and choose the finish at the end of the job. The brushed nickel finish is selected to match railings, door hardware and adjacent fixtures. The trim fits the rectangular housing, which is IP67 rated and produces 185 lumens at 2700K from 2W on a 12V supply. Black and brushed nickel trims are stocked, so a mix of finishes can be used across interior and exterior stairs on the same project while keeping one housing type.
