Overview The Kichler Contractor Series is a family of toroid-core landscape transformers offered in 75W, 150W, 300W and 600W capacities. It steps 120V AC line voltage down to low voltage for 12V landscape fixtures, and the 12V, 13V, 14V and 15V output taps let the installer compensate for voltage drop on longer home runs so fixtures at the end of the run still receive correct voltage. The commercial-grade toroidal core runs cooler and quieter than a conventional E.I. core. The housing is stainless steel, wet-location rated, with multiple knockouts for conduit and cable entry and mounting hardware included. Protection includes a thermal cut-off on the primary side and a thermal reset breaker on the secondary side. Easy-connect terminal blocks accept the 12V–15V multi-tap and common connections, and a 3 ft lead wire is supplied for plug-in installation. Integrated timer and photocell outlets accept Kichler control accessories. Backed by a 10-year warranty.
