2-port HRM 100 union manifold body for building a 1" valve nest

A two-port body that replaces the cut, prime and glue routine of a PVC-built valve nest. Connections are buttress thread swivel and MIPT, so the nest goes together by hand and the swivel doubles as the tool for threading each adapter into its valve.

Time on the job

• The maker times a fast contractor at over 13 minutes to build a PVC valve nest; the HRM 100 takes less than half that
• Factory-installed Blu-Lock adapters take you straight out of the valves to headers and laterals in Blu-Lock pipe

• True 1" I.D. and a smooth core to cut friction loss
• 80 psi operating, 800 psi burst, 120°F ambient
• Handles up to four HRZ 100 drip control zones in a standard rectangular valve box
