4-station battery-powered controller for valve boxes, HRC 990
For jobs where burying wire is impossible or not wanted. The HRC 990 is tough enough for a below-ground valve box, and the controller plugs out of its water-tight housing so you can program it at your fingertips outside the box.
Power and fit
- Runs on 3 AA batteries (included), with no splices or wire connectors
- One solenoid is included; the base unit takes up to four DC solenoid modules
- Works with HRB, HRJ, Rain Bird PEB, PESB, DV and Irritrol 205 Series valves (adapters sold separately)
Scheduling and environment
- Two programs (A and B), a 24, 48 or 72 hour rain delay and seasonal adjustment from 10% to 200%
- Operates from 32°F to 167°F, submersible up to 3 ft, rated IP 68
- Accepts a moisture sensor, a rain/freeze sensor and a solar power module (sold separately)

- Seasonal adjustment: adjust the water budget to seasonally adjust irrigation up or down without modifying the programs (10% to 200%).
