Overview Hydro-Rain Blu-Lock pipe is an HDPE SIDR-15 polyethylene mainline designed specifically for use with Hydro-Rain’s Blu-Lock push-to-connect fitting system. At 100 PSI, the 1" pipe (1.315" OD) delivers reliable irrigation service pressure with no need for solvent cement or threaded connections. The Blu-Lock system is widely used in residential and light-commercial lateral and mainline runs, sleeved crossings, and retrofit applications where speed of assembly is critical. Manufactured to ASTM D2239 SIDR-15, Blu-Lock pipe maintains dimensional consistency that ensures a positive seal in Blu-Lock fittings across temperature cycles typical of Canadian and Northern US installations. The pipe is UV-stabilised for short-term surface exposure during installation. Compatible exclusively with Blu-Lock push-to-connect fittings; do not use with standard barb or IPS compression fittings. Available on coil or cut to length depending on SKU.
