Overview The HSTUBE002-4 is a 4-foot length of 1/4" (6mm) dual-wall heat shrink tubing with an inner adhesive glue liner. When heat is applied, the outer wall shrinks to a 3:1 ratio while the inner adhesive melts and flows around the conductor, wire insulation, or splice area, creating a waterproof, strain-relieved bond between the tubing and the wire. The 3:1 shrink ratio accommodates a wide range of wire sizes within the 1/4" nominal diameter range. The glue liner eliminates the need for separate sealant on underground or submerged wire splices and repairs. Sold as a 4-foot length; cut to desired piece lengths. Compatible with heat gun application.
