4" plated steel straight hose mender

A straight plated steel mender that rejoins two cut ends of 4" hose. Cut out the damaged section and the hose is back in service without a full replacement. Greenline makes menders in a range of materials and sizes, so pick the material to suit what the hose carries.

Where it fits

• Repairs on 4" suction and discharge hose
• Straight shape, one section of hose rejoined in line

Installation

• Cut the hose square and push the mender into each end.
• Clamp each side with a 4" hose clamp and check for leaks under pressure.
