Pump start relay for single-phase pumps, 2 HP contacts, 24 VAC coil

A mechanical (not solid state) relay that lets a 24 VAC irrigation controller start and stop a pump. The controller output energizes the 24 VAC coil, and the contacts carry the single-phase pump line voltage, for pumps up to 2 HP.

• Single-phase line voltage on the contacts
• A 5 HP rated version is also offered for larger pumps

Installation

• Check the pump horsepower and voltage against the contact rating before you buy.
• Line-voltage wiring should be done by a qualified person to local code, with the power off.
