OverviewThe Zoeller 1/2 HP control box at 230V provides the external capacitor-start circuit needed to operate 3-wire single-phase 4" submersible motors in residential well systems. It contains start and run capacitors plus overload protection, enabling reliable motor starting under load while protecting the motor from overtemperature conditions. Designed for wall mounting near the pressure tank or main service panel.The control box is rated for 1/2 HP 230V single-phase operation and is compatible with Zoeller 4" 3-wire submersible motors. Terminals are clearly labelled for field wiring. The enclosure is suitable for indoor installation in a utility room or pump house. For use in residential potable water well systems requiring surface-side motor control.
