OverviewThe Franklin Electric SubDrive Utility UT3P is a constant pressure variable frequency drive for 3-wire single-phase and three-phase submersible pump systems up to 2 HP at 230V. By varying motor speed to match demand, it maintains constant system pressure without the pressure swings of standard pump controls, improving comfort and extending pump life. Compatible with both 3-wire single-phase and three-phase motor configurations.The UT3P is housed in a NEMA 3R enclosure for indoor or outdoor installation. An integrated or included pressure sensor provides closed-loop feedback for accurate pressure control. Factory programming simplifies commissioning with a single configuration switch for most systems. Compatible with small pressure tanks or existing installations. Suited to residential well water systems, irrigation boosting, and light commercial pressure applications.
