OverviewThe Franklin Electric FLW flow controller provides electronic motor protection and automatic run control for jet pump systems rated from 0.75 to 1.5 HP. It monitors flow conditions and de-energizes the pump on low-flow or dry-run conditions, protecting the motor from damage. It replaces a conventional pressure switch in jet pump systems and simplifies pressure system wiring by combining motor control and protection in one unit.Rated for 115/230V single-phase service in the 0.75 to 1.5 HP range. The unit detects loss of prime, low flow, and dry-run conditions and shuts down the pump with a timed reset, reducing service calls from failed pressure switches or burned motor windings. Compatible with standard jet pump bodies and pressure tank systems. Install per Franklin Electric wiring diagram; confirm voltage selection before connecting supply.
