OverviewArkal disc filters use a stack of grooved polypropylene rings to trap particles at each ring intersection. Flow passes through the compressed disc stack, and particles are caught at the many contact points throughout the depth of the filter — providing more effective filtration than simple screen filters at equivalent mesh ratings. The color-coded body identifies the filtration level at a glance.The Super series uses a longer disc stack and larger body for increased flow capacity compared to the standard model at the same pipe size. The housing is polypropylene with NPT connections. Rated to 150 PSI. Disc sets available separately.
