Overview The EasyPro EP-BRK15 Retrofit Blower Kit adds an external blower to existing 1.5" bead filter installations (EP-PBF series without "BL" suffix) that were originally installed without a blower. The blower agitates the bead bed during backwash, dramatically improving solids release from the bead surface and restoring filter efficiency more completely with each backwash cycle. The kit includes the blower unit and necessary plumbing connections for 1.5" bead filter ports. Retrofitting an existing filter with a blower reduces backwash frequency and improves water clarity between backwash cycles by producing a cleaner bead surface. Compatible with EasyPro 1.5" bead filter models.
