1/2 in. PVC adjustable spring check valve, FPT × FPT

A check valve with a spring you can tune. It ships preset at 5 lb and opens only once line pressure exceeds the spring setting, which stops backflow in irrigation and other pressurized lines.

Setting the spring

• Preset at 5 lb from the factory
• Turn the nut on the end with a tool to change tension: 1-1/2 turn equals 1 lb of force

Fit and materials

• Female threaded ends thread onto 1/2 in. MPT pipe or fittings.
• PVC body with a stainless steel spring, EPDM O-ring and neoprene washer; body and spring are gray
