2 in. PVC compression adapter, UC × MPT
Goes from unthreaded pipe to a threaded connection. The compression end grips 2 in. IPS pipe and the MPT end threads into a female threaded fitting.
Installing
- Slide the compression end onto the 2 in. IPS pipe and tighten the adjustable nut
- Overall length changes with how far the end nut is tightened
- Compression fit reduces pull-out from the pipe
Where it fits
Pool and spa, irrigation and plumbing jobs on plastic pipe. The santoprene gasket seals the joint, and the PVC body is white and corrosion-free. NSF/ANSI 61 + 372 and UPC listed.
