Liquid dechlorinator and stress reducer for ponds
Vanish Plus neutralizes chlorine, chloramines, heavy metals and ammonia, and adds a slime-coat protectant for fish stressed by water changes or clean-outs.
Dosing
- Shake well. The label rate is 1 oz per 200 US gallons, as needed
- New pond: treat after filling; fish and plants can go in after 20 minutes
- Water changes and top-ups: dose for the water being added
- This size treats up to 25,600 US gallons in total
Where it fits
Chloramine-treated municipal water is common on fills, so this is the better pick over a chlorine-only product on clean-outs where fish go straight back in. Pour it into the area of the pond with the most circulation so it disperses fully.
