2 hp, 230 V standard control box for 3-wire single-phase submersible pumps
A Type 3R Franklin Electric standard control box for 3-wire, single-phase submersible motors, rated 2 hp (1.5 kW) at 230 VAC and 60 Hz. It suits systems that switch through a standard or heavy-duty pressure switch, a level switch or another pilot device.
Sizing
- Nominal 10 A, maximum 13.2 A
- Designed and optimized for Franklin three-wire single-phase motors
- Standard type has no built-in contactor. Deluxe boxes add a magnetic line contactor matched to the motor, so step up to a Deluxe box where one is needed
Installation
- Bottom knockouts for 1", 1.25" and 0.5" conduit, no side knockouts
- Type 3R enclosure, operating range 14 to 122 °F (-10 to 50 °C)
- UL approved
