28-watt UV clarifier for green water algae blooms
A UV clarifier that clears green water algae blooms. Its 28-watt T5 high-output bulb sits in a narrow contact chamber with an internal swirl sleeve, which raises UV efficiency up to 50% over traditional UV clarifiers.
Why use it
- Contact chamber and swirl sleeve increase contact time between algae and the UV bulb
- On/off indicator confirms the bulb is working
- Safety switch turns the bulb off when the ballast is removed
Installation
Mount it vertically or horizontally with the included brackets. The bulb and quartz sleeve come out easily, so maintenance is quick.
