FilterBlox module for wetland filter biological filtration
The biological heart of an Aquascape wetland filter. It gives beneficial bacteria 441% more surface area than a gravel bed to break down nitrogen, phosphorus and organic waste.
What it does
- 60 HDPE Biological Filter Tubes, pre-installed for fast field installation
- Open, structured media moves water evenly through the module
- Easier cleaning during maintenance pump-outs
Building it out
Modules are stackable and fit virtually any wetland layout. They are the same size as AquaBlox Small modules and work with Centipede Modules and Snorkel Vaults. Use Snorkel Vault Extensions when stacking for depth.
Complete the install
- Centipede Module V2 (AQ-51010): water distribution
- Snorkel Vault V2 with Lid and End Cap (AQ-51007)
- Snorkel Vault Extension V2 (AQ-51008): for stacked modules
- AquaBlox Small Water Storage Module (AQ-29491): same size
