Solar pond aeration system, battery backup, with 2 diffusers
A solar-powered aerator for remote ponds and lakes up to 2 acres and 20 ft (6.1 m) deep, with a SilentAir 24 V DC compressor and two 60-cell monocrystalline panels on a preassembled EasyMount frame. Two 12 V AGM batteries charge through the day and carry the compressor overnight, for up to 24 hours of aeration. Panels can sit up to 1/4 mile away.
Diffusers and airline
- 2 ProAir 2 weighted diffusers with membrane sticks and check valves
- A 2-port manifold with nickel-plated ball valves, gauge and relief valve splits the air.
- Set up for 5/8 in I.D. airline. No airline is included, so quote your run separately.
Cabinet and controls
- A lockable powder-coated aluminum cabinet with a cooling fan and dual air filters holds the compressor and batteries
- An MPPT controller with Bluetooth shows charge status on a phone
Up to 2 CFM at 45-50 dB (at 5 ft). One 2.5 in (6 cm) Schedule 40 galvanized pole, 10 ft (3.0 m) minimum, is required and not included.
