G75 (RP75 72R) 3/4 HP compressor maintenance kit for Airmax SilentAir pumps
A rebuild kit for each 3/4 HP G75 (RP75 72R) SilentAir dual rocking piston compressor. It covers both the G75 sold 2022 to present and the RP75 72R sold 2016 to 2022 in PondSeries PS40 and PS80 and LakeSeries LS60 systems.
In the kit
- 2 valve plates with pre-installed leaf valves
- 2 head O-rings, 2 cylinder O-rings and 4 tube O-rings
- 2 cylinder sleeves and 2 piston cups
- 8 head screws, 4 of them Torx head
- A spare pinch clamp in case the original fails
When to rebuild
- Rebuild interval by average running pressure: 1 to 7 psi, 18 months. 8 to 12 psi, 12 months. 13 to 15 psi, 9 months. 16 psi and up, 6 months.
Tools
T20 and T25 Torx wrenches, 1/8", 5/32", 1/4", 1/2" and 5/8" Allen wrenches, a pick tool, and pipe joint compound or Teflon tape.
