G25 (RP25 87R) 1/4 HP compressor maintenance kit for Airmax SilentAir pumps

A rebuild kit for one SilentAir G25 (RP25 87R) 1/4 HP single rocking piston compressor, the pump in the Shallow Water HP SW20HP and the PondSeries PS10 aeration system.

In the kit

• 1 valve plate with pre-installed leaf valves
• 1 cylinder sleeve and 1 piston cup
• 2 head O-rings and 1 cylinder O-ring
• 2 Torx head screws

When to rebuild

• Rebuild interval by average running pressure: 1 to 7 psi, 18 months. 8 to 12 psi, 12 months. 13 to 15 psi, 9 months. 16 psi and up, 6 months.

Tools

T20 and T25 Torx wrenches, a 5/8" wrench, and pipe joint compound or Teflon tape. The kit is for the 87R pump, so check the compressor label before ordering.
