3 in. Sch. 40 PVC union, slip × slip
A union that lets you break a 3 in. line apart and put it back together. Two slip ends take 3 in. Sch. 40 pipe, and the centre of the union pulls apart for quick disconnects.
Where it fits
- Pool and spa plumbing, irrigation and general plumbing installs
- Equipment connections that need to come apart for service
- Pressurized water lines in PVC pipe
Built to seal
- EPDM O-ring in the centre of the union makes the seal
- PVC construction, white and corrosion-free
- NSF/ANSI 61+372 and UPC listed
Compatibility
Works with NDS products and other products that have a compatible connection type. Because the centre of the union pulls apart, you can quickly disconnect two pipes in the system instead of cutting into the line, which helps with repairs and later changes.
