4 in TESLA 4GG submersible motor for well and borehole pumps
A resin-filled, canned-stator 4 in submersible motor from DAB's TESLA line, built to drive 4 in well pumps. The 4GG series covers single phase and three phase ratings; horsepower and wiring for this listing are in the product title, and its own figures are on the spec sheet under Downloads.

Starting and protection
Single phase motors keep their capacitor and manual-reset overload in a control box that ships separately, so plan for a 4CBUS box. On three phase motors the installer supplies the overload protection. Suitable for variable frequency drive use, 30 Hz to 50 Hz.
Build and approvals
AISI 304 stainless shell and casing, coated cast iron housings, a removable cable connector for quick service, and a thrust block cooled by a water and glycol mix. Motor and cable are certified to CSA and UL, plus NSF 61 and 372. The all-AISI 316 4GX is available on request.
