I/We the undersigned personally and irrevocably guarantee payment of all amounts owed by the above company to ProSource Supply Ltd. / Vancouver Irrigation and Landscape Lighting Supply Ltd. This is a continuing guarantee covering all present and future indebtedness. I/We acknowledge that I/we have had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice before signing, that I/we understand the nature and effect of this guarantee, and that I/we am/are signing freely and voluntarily.
- All accounts are due net 30 days from invoice date
- A service charge of 2% per month applies to all overdue balances
- Non-payment will incur administration and collection fees
- I/We authorize ProSource Supply Ltd. to obtain credit history and information from any available source
- Accounts over 90 days will automatically be charged to the credit card on file
